I checked the university bookstore website and it looks like neither of the English Business Law class sections are using this book this semester (Fall 2009) but this is the newest version of the book so I’m keeping my fingers crossed that someone will need it maybe next semester!
I had Professor LeVasseur (the guy – his wife also teaches here) and it was an excellent class.
Book has no highlighting. I didn’t have to use it at all because the professor gave good lectures and i took notes.
